Rotric successfully delivered a comprehensive range of electrical and technology solutions for the Brookvale Oval, Centre of Excellence, (4 Pines Park) redevelopment, supporting the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles NRL Club and a variety of major sporting and community events.
Our scope of work included the design, installation, and certification of critical electrical and communications infrastructure, ensuring the venue is equipped with cutting-edge systems for performance, safety, and connectivity. The project involved the installation of a new Precinct Main Switchboard, consumer mains from the local substation, in-ground conduits and pits, submains, and distribution boards. These upgrades provided a robust and reliable power distribution network capable of supporting high-demand event operations.
In addition to power infrastructure, specialised lighting solutions were implemented to enhance visibility and safety throughout the venue. This included internal and external lighting, a Dynalite lighting control system, and exit and emergency lighting to meet compliance and operational requirements. The integration of advanced technology systems further strengthened the venue’s capabilities, with the installation of a Siemon structured cabling system, MATV, and a high-definition CCTV system to improve security and connectivity across the site.
By delivering state-of-the-art power, lighting, and communication systems, Rotric has ensured that Brookvale Oval is future-ready, capable of meeting the demands of elite sports, entertainment, and community engagement.
